Hello I am Kyle, I am certified, insured, trained, and experienced home inspector. I have over 300 hours of trainings in the home inspector field. I've also been a handyman/jack of all trades for 10+ years now so I know what I am looking for and will find the defects in your home. My home inspection provides a dedicated and thorough service to ensure you're in the know! I use all the state of the art tools such as an infrared camera to see past the surface. Information from all these state of the art tools I use as well as pictures and informative descriptions are provided in all home inspection reports with no additional costs. What to expect during a home inspection I provide...

I use an updated software program that will include multiple pictures and multiple pages of clear and precise details of the entire home. I do this all on an iPad and with all the state of the art tools of the trade to complete the inspection, no basic tools being used here! I will check every single window, outlet, cabinet door, and switch I have access to! I will be in the crawl space if there is one as well as the attic. I will be under every sink checking the plumbing conditions. I will be up on the roof if accessible checking chimneys, exhaust vents, and valleys. I'll be inspecting the water heater, electrical panels, garage door opener, furnace, and the condenser. I will be in every nook and cranny I can get to and find any defects throughout the entire home. After my home inspection you will know the house from top to bottom!
